Eli Rodriguez leads The ExeQfind Group’s practice serving the broader hospitality and travel industry.  Additionally, she conducts searches within the food and beverage, professional services, and family-owned business segments.

Her accomplished career with leading hospitality organizations such as Estancia, Sonesta, Wyndham, and Trump International contributes to her ability to understand client challenges and assess candidates against industry KPIs and best practices.

In addition to her work in executive search, Eli is a partner in the award-winning Beechwood Inn in Northeast Georgia.  She is also a partner in the consulting firm Unique Hotel Solutions, which provides a technology platform for private hotels to increase profitability and brand recognition.

Eli is a native of Panama and holds both US and Panamanian citizenship.  Her fluency in English and Spanish as well as multicultural experience make her an asset for client organizations in both the US and Latin America.

Eli’s career experience includes leadership roles spanning hotel operations, guest experience, and service excellence. She leverages this deep industry insight to deliver executive search services for C-suite and senior functional leaders across the hospitality, food & beverage, and professional services sectors.
