Eli Rodriguez conducts finance leadership searches for the hospitality, professional services, food and beverage, and family-owned business segments across the US and Latin America. She recruits senior finance executives—including Chief Financial Officers, Finance Directors, Controllers, and FP&A leaders—who drive operational excellence, growth, and strategic transformation.

Eli’s experience with leading hospitality brands such as Estancia, Sonesta, Wyndham, and Trump International provides her with deep operational and financial insight. She also co-owns the award-winning Beechwood Inn in Georgia and Unique Hotel Solutions, a consulting firm supporting independent hotel profitability.

A native of Panama and bilingual in English and Spanish, Eli brings a multicultural perspective that enhances her work with public, private, and family-owned organizations across the Americas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Miami.
