Eli Rodriguez brings extensive experience in the hospitality and travel industry, where she has built a deep understanding of leadership, operations, and customer experience across global service organizations. She partners with clients throughout the Americas to manage executive search assignments for leaders who drive excellence in hotels and resorts, cruise lines, airlines, event management, amusement parks, restaurants, and food and beverage enterprises.

Her accomplished career with brands such as Estancia, Sonesta, Wyndham, and Trump International provides her with firsthand insight into service delivery, guest satisfaction, and business performance. Eli leverages this expertise to identify transformative leaders who align brand vision with operational execution across diverse segments of the hospitality ecosystem.

Eli is a native of Panama and holds both US and Panamanian citizenship.  Her fluency in English and Spanish, as well as multicultural experience, make her an asset for client organizations in both the US and Latin America.

Eli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Miami.
