A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Javier combines deep multicultural understanding with a hands-on approach to navigating the complex interpersonal dynamics often present in family-run enterprises. Before joining The ExeQfind Group, Javier held executive leadership roles in human resources and manufacturing operations with Hussmann and Ingersoll Rand across North and South America. Javier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed executive education programs at Cornell University, Washington University, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is also a certified coach and advisor and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
