Javier’s distinguished corporate career includes executive leadership roles in human resources and manufacturing operations with Hussmann and Ingersoll Rand, where he led high-performing, cross-functional teams throughout the Americas. His hands-on experience in organizational development, labor relations, talent management, and cultural integration allows him to identify HR leaders who drive engagement, strengthen governance, and enable sustainable growth.

A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Javier’s multicultural perspective and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese make him uniquely suited to manage complex, cross-border search assignments.
