Throughout his career, Javier has led cross-functional and multicultural teams across North and South America, achieving excellence through Lean Six Sigma and A3 Strategic Thinking methodologies. He leverages this firsthand experience to recruit senior leaders in operations, engineering, supply chain, production, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with both organizational goals and industry best practices.
