Javier Iglesias leverages an award-winning executive leadership career and a strong foundation in governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational transformation to serve as a trusted advisor to clients of The ExeQfind Group. He collaborates closely with other partners in The ExeQfind Group’s firm’s executive search practice, where he specializes in recruiting emerging and senior leaders across the legal and regulatory compliance landscape.

A native of Monterrey, Mexico, Javier brings more than 27 years of international experience leading multicultural and cross-functional teams throughout North and South America. His deep understanding of risk management, operational compliance, and corporate ethics enables him to identify and evaluate General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, and regulatory affairs leaders who balance business growth with adherence to complex legal frameworks.

Before joining The ExeQfind Group, Javier held executive leadership roles in human resources and manufacturing operations with Hussmann and Ingersoll Rand, where he championed Lean Six Sigma and A3 Strategic Thinking to drive performance, simplify compliance processes, and strengthen governance across regions.

Javier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed executive education programs at Cornell University, Washington University, and the Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a certified coach and advisor and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Javier co-authored the book Mindset Wizardry:  The Magic Behind Thriving in a Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, & Ambiguous (VUCA) World and conducts speaking engagements on utilizing the tenets of VUCA in one’s work and personal life.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Javier resides in St. Louis, Missouri with his family and brings a global perspective to his work with clients throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America.
