Michael is a partner at The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. Prior to his executive search career, Michael spent over 25 years obtaining real-world professional and leadership experience at top global corporations such as P&G, where he led numerous local and regional businesses in Mexico, LATAM and Europe; Tequila Cuervo, where he was in charge of their domestic business (Mexico); and Revlon Inc., as a Regional Vice President over operations in Mexico, Venezuela, Central America, the Caribbean and the Andean regions.

In his 15+ years in executive search, Michael has led and personally executed many high profile C-Suite, executive and board-level searches for local and regional clients in various industries. He currently serves on the board of one of Mexico’s key industrial corporations where he leads the Compensation Committee.

Michael is an accomplished executive search consultant filling board, director, and C-suite roles in Mexico and other parts of Latin America to strengthen corporate governance, vision, and strategy execution. He also collaborates closely with other ExeQfind consultants on cross-border search assignments throughout the Americas and globally.

Fluent in 3 languages, Michael obtained his Business Degree at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is an avid scuba diver and actively engaged in preserving and protecting our environment.
