With 15+ years of search and recruiting experience and over 40 years active in corporate and private business, he has successfully completed many senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Michael is a dedicated specialist in high-impact finance & administration (F&A) leadership recruitment, focused on securing talent that drives enterprise value. He expertly conducts retained searches for Chief Financial Officers, Finance Directors, Controllers, Treasurers, Tax Managers, and other mission-critical F&A executives. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and he is a Board Member at one of Mexico’s key industrial corporations where he leads the Compensation Committee.
