With more than 15 years of recruiting experience and 40+ years active in corporate and private business, he has successfully completed many senior assignments within the food and beverage sector across Mexico and Latin America.

Michael offers specialization in executive search for the food and beverage industry, partnering with leading brands, producers, and distributors to recruit transformative leaders in general management, commercial, operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing. His consultative approach helps organizations build leadership teams that drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation in a dynamic, competitive market.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and also serves as a Board Member where he leads the Compensation Committee at one of Mexico’s key industrial corporations.
