Michael von Schram is a partner at The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 15 years of executive search and recruiting experience and over 40 years active in corporate and private business, he has successfully completed many senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Leveraging his industry leadership experience, Michael builds upon his foundational expertise in FMCG to deliver exceptional human resources talent capable of supporting growth and cultural transformation. He conducts strategic searches for the full suite of HR leadership to include Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Regional HR Directors, and other functional roles in compensation, training and development, and employee relations for the food and beverage, retail, and professional services sectors. Partnering as a strategic consultant, Michael ensures organizations attract and retain HR leaders who are proven agents of change and positive transformation.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and also serves as a Board Member where he leads the Compensation Committee at one of Mexico’s key industrial corporations.
