Michael von Schram is a partner at The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 15 years of recruitment and search experience and 40+ years active in corporate and privately-held business organizations, he has successfully completed many senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Michael builds on his strong FMCG background and specializes in Sales & Marketing leadership recruitment for consumer, retail, and eCommerce industry sectors. He has conducted numerous searches in the commercial function, covering positions such as Chief Marketing Officer, Regional Marketing Manager, Revenue Growth Management Specialist, also for companies in the food and beverage, retail and professional services industries. He partners and consults with organizations to attract and retain marketing and commercial leaders who drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate market expansion in competitive environments.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and also serves as a Board Member where he leads the Compensation Committee at one of Mexico’s key Industrial Corporations.
