Oya Buyan brings a distinguished background in human resources and executive leadership to her role at The ExeQfind Group. Based in Atlanta GA and with a secondary base in Bodrum, Turkey, Oya leverages her multicultural perspective, bilingual fluency in English and Turkish, and global career experience to support executive search clients in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.

Having held senior HR leadership roles across banking, manufacturing, energy, risk management, and professional services in both Europe and the U.S. prior to her work with The ExeQfind Group, Oya applies an  exceptional emotional intelligence acumen and people-leadership insight to executive search engagements. She partners with organizations to identify and attract C-suite and senior functional leaders whose strategic vision and cultural fit are aligned with business imperatives in dynamic, global environments.

In addition to her work in executive search, Oya is a certified executive coach who guides senior executives through career transition, performance enhancement, and leadership development—bringing a uniquely holistic approach to talent acquisition and leadership readiness.

Oya has an MBA from Duquesne University and an undergraduate degree in Economics.  She holds numerous certifications and has prior Board-level experience.
