Oya holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, along with multiple certifications in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, and also working from her second home in Bodrum, Turkey, she is bilingual in English and Turkish and brings a multicultural approach to executive leadership search.
