Oya Buyan brings extensive international experience to her role with The ExeQfind Group, supporting the recruitment of senior finance and executive leadership talent across the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Oya partners with organizations to identify and attract transformative financial leaders—including Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), Finance Directors, Controllers, and Treasury and FP&A executives—who drive business growth, operational excellence, and governance integrity.

Before joining The ExeQfind Group, Oya held human resources and general management leadership roles in the banking, manufacturing, energy, risk management, and professional services sectors in both Europe and the United States. This foundation of experience  enables her to bring a strategic HR lens and a nuanced understanding of financial leadership, organizational dynamics, and cultural alignment to every engagement.

Known for her emotional intelligence and consultative approach, Oya effectively bridges technical and interpersonal dimensions in assessing finance talent for high-impact roles. She is able to manage senior finance search assignments across global markets and is recognized for her ability to align leadership capability with financial and strategic goals.

In addition to her executive search work, Oya is a certified executive coach, providing individualized coaching for senior executives in career transition, performance improvement, and leadership development.

Oya has an MBA from Duquesne University and an undergraduate degree in Economics.  She holds numerous certifications and has prior Board-level experience.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, and also working from her second home in Bodrum, Turkey, Oya is bilingual in English and Turkish and brings a multicultural perspective to her international client relationships.
