Before joining The ExeQfind Group, Oya held executive human resources leadership roles across the banking, manufacturing, energy, risk management, and professional services industries in both Europe and the U.S. Her career in HR provides her with deep functional expertise in executive compensation, organizational development, cultural transformation, and change management—experience she leverages to assess leadership capabilities and ensure strong alignment with each client’s strategic goals.

Known for her emotional intelligence, strategic insight, and consultative approach, Oya brings credibility and empathy to every search engagement. She has successfully placed HR executives across multiple continents and is recognized for her ability to balance business imperatives with human capital priorities.

Oya holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, along with multiple professional certifications in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. She also has Board-level advisory experience, contributing to governance and people strategy initiatives.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, and also working from her second home in Bodrum, Turkey, Oya is bilingual in English and Turkish and brings a multicultural perspective to her international client engagements.
