Oya Buyan is a senior executive search consultant with The ExeQfind Group, specializing in the recruitment of sales, marketing, and commercial leadership talent across the United States, Mexico, and Europe. She partners with organizations to assess, engage, and secure high-impact leaders—including Chief Commercial Officers (CCOs), Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs), Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing, and Business Development Executives—who drive revenue growth, market expansion, and brand competitiveness.

Before joining The ExeQfind Group, Oya held executive human resources leadership roles across multiple industries, including banking, manufacturing, energy, risk management, and professional services in both Europe and the U.S. This diverse background allows her to bring a strategic HR lens and emotional intelligence to every search, enabling her to evaluate commercial leadership talent not only for their business acumen but also for their ability to lead teams, inspire performance, and shape culture.

Oya holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, along with multiple certifications in leadership, coaching, and organizational development. She is also a certified executive coach, advising senior leaders on career transition, performance improvement, and leadership development.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, and also working from her second home in Bodrum, Turkey, Oya is bilingual in English and Turkish and brings a multicultural, globally informed perspective to her client partnerships.
