Prior to launching her career in executive search, Pia worked in the design of tailor-made educational programs for universities in Chile in collaboration with other universities in North America.  Her career in executive search began in 2002 when she partnered with Isabel Walker to create the retained executive search firm – InQuest Consultores.  She has also served as the Regional Leader of the Americas for the global executive search alliance – IRC Global Executive Search Partners (now Kestria).

In May 2021, InQuest Consultores merged their retained executive search practice with The ExeQfind Group and their professional recruitment practice with The QualiFind Group. InQuest Consultores has continued forward as a human resources and compensation structures consulting practice for Latin America from their base in Santiago, Chile.

Pia Puebla is an accomplished executive search expert with an extensive track record of successful management and leadership searches for client organizations across Latin America. She has supported both domestic and multinational organizations in their search for leadership in the ag-food value chain, ag technology, industrial, manufacturing, media, consumer, and NGO sectors.

Pia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad de Santiago de Chile. She also is a certified Business Coach and has completed Universidad Diego Portales’ Leadership program for Female Board and Corporate Governance. She can be reached at: [email protected]
