Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 30 years of experience, he has completed numerous senior-level search assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Salvador specializes in executive search for the food and beverage industry, partnering with leading brands, producers, and distributors to recruit transformative leaders in general management, commercial, operations, supply chain, finance, and marketing. His consultative approach helps organizations build leadership teams that drive growth, operational excellence, and innovation in a dynamic, competitive market.

He founded Delta Top Talent in 1993, which became one of Mexico’s top ten executive search firms before merging with The ExeQfind Group in late 2025.

Salvador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors, and the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School.
