Rania Abdalla brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience to her work in executive search. She serves as Senior Managing Partner for the Middle East and Africa at The ExeQfind Group and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors.

The building blocks of Rania’s experience were formed in senior HR leadership roles she held at PepsiCo across the UK, UAE, and Egypt.  In these roles, she partnered with executive teams to drive organizational performance, lead transformation initiatives, and build high-impact leadership pipelines. This experience continues to underpin her advisory work in talent, leadership, and organizational strategy.

As Founder and Managing Director of our partner firm Aspire HR Consultants, Rania advises global and regional organizations on identifying and securing senior talent aligned with their strategic objectives.

She also served for eight years on the Executive Board of Kestria, including three years with our US-based senior managing partner, Warren Carter.  Kestria is one of the world’s largest executive search alliances, with offices in more than 90 cities across six continents.

Rania holds a degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School in the UK. She has also completed an HR Diploma and the Corporate Director Certification Program at AUC.

Her work has been widely recognized, including being named Overall Winner of the Emirates Business Woman Award and among the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Egypt in 2020. She is also a recipient of the PepsiCo Chairman’s Award and other honors recognizing her impact on leadership and human capital development.
