Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice based in Mexico City.  Salvador leverages a 30+ year career in executive search completing search assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Salvador founded the Mexico City executive search firm Delta Top Talent in 1993.  Delta Top Talent was one of the top 10 search firms in Mexico and merged with The ExeQfind Group in late 2025.

Salvador is an accomplished executive search consultant who fills Board, Director, and C-Suite roles in Mexico and other parts of Latin America to strengthen corporate governance, vision, and strategy execution.  He also collaborates closely with other ExeQfind consultants on cross-border search assignments throughout the Americas and globally.  Salvador completed IPADE Business School’s Board Members in Action (Consejeros en Acción), which equips him with a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance best practices.

Salvador directs the National Compensation Survey for Non-Legal Board Members, providing companies with strategic information to structure competitive and attractive compensation packages for both Board and C-Suite talent.

His educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration, complemented by IPADE’s AD2 program for General Directors and participation in the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School.  Currently, he contributes to business development as the Chair of the National Human Development Committee at COPARMEX.
