Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 30 years of experience, he has completed numerous senior-level search assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Salvador specializes in executive search for the consumer, retail, and eCommerce sectors, partnering with leading brands and growth-stage organizations to recruit transformative leadership talent. His experience spans general management, commercial, marketing, supply chain, and digital transformation roles, helping companies build agile, customer-focused teams that drive profitability and brand success in dynamic markets.

Salvador founded Delta Top Talent in 1993, and it has grown into one of Mexico’s top 10 executive search firms. In late 2025, Delta Top Talent merged with The ExeQfind Group, further expanding ExeQfind’s regional reach and executive search capabilities for clients in the consumer, retail, and e-commerce sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors, and completed the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School. Salvador also serves as Chair of the National Human Development Committee at COPARMEX.
