Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 30 years of experience, he has completed numerous senior-level and board search assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Salvador specializes in advising family-run and family-owned businesses, helping them attract functional leaders, general managers, and independent board members who strengthen governance, succession planning, and long-term growth. His work supports family enterprises in aligning leadership strategy with organizational values and legacy.

He founded Delta Top Talent in 1993, which became one of Mexico’s top ten executive search firms before merging with The ExeQfind Group in late 2025.

Salvador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors, and the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School.
