Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 30 years of experience, he has successfully completed senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Salvador specializes in finance leadership recruitment, conducting searches for Chief Financial Officers, Finance Directors, Controllers, Treasurers, and FP&A leaders. He partners with clients to identify high-impact finance professionals who enhance financial strategy, governance, and performance across diverse industries.

In 1993, Salvador founded Delta Top Talent, establishing it as one of Mexico’s top ten executive search firms. In late 2025, Delta Top Talent merged with The ExeQfind Group, further expanding the firm’s regional reach and strengthening its cross-border capabilities throughout the Americas.

Salvador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors, and completed the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School. Salvador also serves as Chair of the National Human Development Committee at COPARMEX.
