Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice based in Mexico City. He brings more than three decades of experience in executive search, having successfully completed senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

In 1993, Salvador founded Delta Top Talent, which became one of Mexico’s top 10 executive search firms. In late 2025, Delta Top Talent merged with The ExeQfind Group, enhancing the firm’s regional capabilities and strengthening its presence throughout the Americas.

Salvador is a seasoned executive search consultant with extensive experience conducting human resources and people leadership searches. His expertise includes recruiting Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and Vice President- and Director-level HR leaders across the consumer, retail, institutional, and professional services sectors. He has successfully advised client organizations in building strategic HR leadership teams that drive talent development, organizational culture, employee engagement, and transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

In addition to his executive search work, Salvador directs the National Compensation Survey for Human Resources Executives and Non-Legal Board Members, providing companies with valuable market intelligence to design competitive and effective compensation programs for HR and senior leadership roles.

Salvador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors as well as the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School. He currently serves as Chair of the National Human Development Committee at COPARMEX, contributing to initiatives that foster leadership excellence and organizational development within Mexico’s business community.
