Salvador Elizaga leverages more than three decades of experience in executive search in his current role leading The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice based in Mexico City. He has completed senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

In 1993, Salvador founded Delta Top Talent, which became one of Mexico’s top 10 executive search firms. In late 2025, Delta Top Talent merged with The ExeQfind Group, strengthening the firm’s presence throughout the Americas and enhancing its cross-border search capabilities globally.

Salvador is a highly regarded executive search consultant with extensive experience conducting assignments within the legal and regulatory compliance domain. His expertise encompasses the recruitment of senior leaders across key functional areas, including general counsel, chief compliance officers, and heads of legal, trade compliance, healthcare compliance, trademarks and intellectual property, corporate policy, and employment law.

He partners with clients to identify legal and compliance executives who ensure sound governance, mitigate risk, and uphold ethical and regulatory standards within complex business environments.

In addition to his executive search work, Salvador directs the National Compensation Survey for Legal and Compliance Executives and Non-Legal Board Members, providing organizations with critical benchmarking insights to inform competitive and sustainable compensation strategies.

Salvador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors as well as the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School. He currently serves as Chair of the National Human Development Committee at COPARMEX, contributing to initiatives that promote professional excellence and leadership development across Mexico’s business community.
