Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 30 years of experience in the professional services space, he has completed senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Salvador has extensive executive search experience for the professional services sector, partnering with consulting, legal, accounting, and advisory firms to recruit senior leaders who drive client impact and organizational growth. His experience includes searches for partners, managing directors, practice leaders, and functional executives across operations, finance, human capital, and business development. He helps professional services organizations attract leadership talent that enhances firm culture, governance, and performance.

He founded Delta Top Talent in 1993, which became one of Mexico’s top ten executive search firms before merging with The ExeQfind Group in late 2025.

Salvador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors, and the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School.
