Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice based in Mexico City. He brings more than three decades of experience in executive search, having successfully delivered senior-level assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

In 1993, Salvador founded Delta Top Talent, establishing it as one of Mexico’s top ten executive search firms. In late 2025, Delta Top Talent merged with The ExeQfind Group, further expanding the firm’s regional reach and strengthening its cross-border capabilities throughout the Americas.

Salvador is a distinguished executive search consultant with deep expertise in sales and marketing leadership recruitment. He has successfully managed searches for Chief Revenue Officers (CROs), Vice Presidents of Marketing, Country Sales Leaders, and Director-level roles in business development and commercial operations across the consumer, retail, institutional, and professional services sectors. His consultative approach enables organizations to attract and retain commercial leaders who drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and accelerate market expansion in competitive environments.

In addition to his executive search work, Salvador directs the National Compensation Survey for Commercial and Marketing Executives and Non-Legal Board Members, providing organizations with valuable market data to inform equitable and competitive compensation strategies for sales and marketing leadership roles.

Salvador holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has completed IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors as well as the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School. He currently serves as Chair of the National Human Development Committee at COPARMEX, where he contributes to initiatives promoting leadership excellence and organizational development within Mexico’s business community.
