Salvador Elizaga leads The ExeQfind Group’s executive search practice in Mexico City. With more than 30 years of experience, he has successfully completed senior-level search assignments across Mexico and Latin America.

Salvador specializes in search and recruitment for technology leadership roles, to include Chief Technology Officers (CTOs), Vice Presidents of Information Technology, Country IT Leaders, and Director-level roles supporting digital transformation and enterprise innovation. His experience spans the consumer, retail, institutional, and professional services sectors, helping organizations attract visionary technology leaders who enable growth, modernization, and operational excellence.

In 1993, Salvador founded Delta Top Talent, establishing it as one of Mexico’s top ten executive search firms. In late 2025, Delta Top Talent merged with The ExeQfind Group, further expanding the firm’s regional reach and strengthening its cross-border capabilities throughout the Americas.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, IPADE’s AD2 Program for General Directors, and completed the Leading Professional Service Firms Program at Harvard Business School. Salvador also serves as Chair of the National Human Development Committee at COPARMEX.
