Theresa Parra is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience leading people strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation.  Theresa leverages her extensive people-leadership experience and coaching credentials to provide individual executive coaching and assessments to executive leaders throughout the Americas.  She has extensive experience providing coaching services to C-Suite level clients and candidates of The ExeQfind Group to include performance management, execution, improved interview skills and more effective leadership strategies.

She provides coaching support to C-Suite candidates and clients during her off time, in addition to her current daytime role as the Executive Director of People & Development at Netafim USA, where she oversees HR, talent management, learning, and leadership initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.

Theresa’s career includes people leadership roles at O’Neill Vintners & Distillers and LAKOS Separators & Filtration Systems, where she built and scaled HR functions aligned with performance and talent retention goals. Theresa is recognized for her ability to connect business objectives with people-centric strategies, cultivating high-performing, value-driven workplaces.

She earned an MBA and a Juris Doctor of Law from the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno.
