Warren Carter brings more than two decades of executive search leadership across agribusiness, agriculture, ag technology, food production, and related global supply chain operations. His perspective is grounded not only in professional expertise, but in lived experience. Warren grew up on a working farm in Blackshear, Georgia, where he developed a deep appreciation for the practical operational realities of tobacco, corn, poultry, swine, and cattle production, and earned early leadership experience through the Future Farmers of America (FFA).
As the founder of The QualiFind Group in 1999 and now a senior partner within The ExeQfind Group, Warren has built and led executive search practices dedicated to the full ag and food value chain. From primary production and inputs to processing, distribution, logistics, and ag technology innovation. He has partnered with private, PE-backed, and publicly traded organizations to recruit C-suite executives, business unit leaders, functional vice presidents, and succession-critical talent across North America as well as internationally.
Warren’s search work spans CEO, COO, CFO, and divisional leadership assignments, as well as senior roles in operations, supply chain, commercial strategy, finance, technology, and sustainability. His approach combines sector fluency with disciplined executive assessment to ensure leaders not only meet technical requirements but can scale organizations, manage transformation, and create measurable enterprise value.
With extensive cross-border experience, Warren previously served as Agribusiness Practice Leader for IRC Global Search Partners and as a member of its Board of Directors. In that capacity, he led and collaborated on executive search assignments across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to support global agribusiness and food enterprises navigating expansion, consolidation, and technological disruption.
In addition to his executive search leadership, Warren currently serves as a Board member for an international logistics services provider, further strengthening his understanding of supply chain, infrastructure, and global trade dynamics within the food ecosystem.
He is an honorably discharged veteran of the U.S. Navy, a Certified Diversity Recruiter, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
