Warren Carter leads our retained executive search practice – The ExeQfind Group. Warren brings 20+ years of progressively responsible experience in search within the agribusiness, food & beverage, industrial / manufacturing and professional services sectors.
Prior to his career in search, Warren held sales leadership roles in economic development and the logistics industry and is also an honorably discharged veteran of the US Navy.
He is a former member of the Executive Board of IRC Global Executive Search Partners and is the Americas practice leader of IRC’s Global Agribusiness/Agriscience Practice Group.

Warren Carter’s executive search experience within theag-food chain includes C-suite to mid-management placements in such key areas as animal nutrition, seed genetics, crop science, processing, agricultural equipment, ag technology, irrigation systems, among others. Warren has served as the Americas Practice Leader for Agribusiness within a global executive search alliance.
