Prior to launching her career in executive search, Pia worked in the design of tailor-made educational programs for universities in Chile in collaboration with other universities in North America. Her career in executive search began in 2002 when she partnered with Isabel Walker to create the retained executive search firm – InQuest Consultores, also she has served as the Regional Leader of the Americas for IRC Global Executive Search Partners.
In May 2021, InQuest Consultores merged it’s retained executive search practice with The ExeQfind Group and professional recruitment practice with The QualiFind Group. InQuest Consultores will continue forward as a human resources and compensation structures consulting practice for Latin America.
Agriculture & Food Value Chain
Pia Puebla is an accomplished executive searchexpert within the ag-food value chain across Latin America. She has supported both domestic and multinational organizations in their search for leadership in ag tech, crop production, crop science, food distribution & processing, among others. Based in Santiago, Pia has supported client organizations throughout South America and Central America.
