Trevor Gildenhuys has been a prominent figure in the recruitment industry for over 30 years, including 20 years with Talent Network, a company he co-founded to connect people with opportunities and create value for clients in the private and public sectors.

Starting in recruitment in 1990, Trevor became a business partner focused on executive, technical, admin support, and interim staff. After 13 years he joined Primeserv as a Business Manager, providing customised integrated business support services, before deciding to start his own business. He shortly partnered with Monique de Wet to form Talent Network and, in 2022, they formed a partnership with Nolands Advisory, increasing the reach of the newly minted Talent Network Global.

Trevor has a Theology degree equivalent and has taken various business, HR, and coaching courses. His passion lies in connecting people and adding value to businesses and NGOs. He spends most of his time on executive search, talent acquisition, and business development, and also provides career transition consulting and entrepreneurship support. Based on relationships of trust, Trevor helps position talented people for growth, via purposeful conversations, which uncover areas in which people will best be able to add real value.
