We are proud to announce that we have a new office and team in Sao Paulo, Brazil! The retained executive search firm DRH-Talent Search has merged with The ExeQfind Group further enhancing our reputation as a resource for leadership talent in Latin America.
Our 21+ year track record of success serving client employers throughout the Americas is now strengthened with the addition of our Brazilian colleagues and their 18+ year track record in executive search in Brazil and other Latin American countries led by Hamilton Teixeira.
Additionally, our sister practice – The QualiFind Group will be adding two recruiters in Sao Paulo as well. Carlos Acosta leads The QualiFind Group’s specialist to functional management recruitment practice. The collective resource of QualiFind’s technical and professional recruitment coupled with ExeQfind’s expertise in mid-management to executive-level search will provide a robust, one-stop talent acquisition resource to clients in the region.
ExeQfind’s retained search consultants will continue their almost two decades of search and recruitment support for the agribusiness, food processing, industrial / manufacturing, FMCG, NGO and professional services.
Warren Carter stated, “This merger is the culmination of several years of partnering in support of client search assignments plus mine and Hamilton’s joint roles on the IRC Board. We earned each other’s trust and gained a deeper understanding of the cultures at play in each of our countries. Given the strong trade and cultural ties between the US and Brazil plus our existing footprint in both the US and Mexico, it was just a natural next step that we combine forces.”
Hamilton Teixeira went on to say, “After 20 years in executive search and 13 of those with IRC, I am enthusiastic about the synergies we are capitalizing on in this merger. Both ExeQfind and QualiFind are well positioned to provide a more integrated service to our clients across the Americas. This is a natural move for me. It’s not just the personal and professional relationship that I have with Warren and Carlos but also the strong business ties between the US and Brazil. We look forward to providing a seamless and superior service securing high performing talent for our clients in the region.”
Carlos actually had a history of cross-border collaboration with Hamilton Teixeira prior to the 2011 merger of his firm (BPS International) with The QualiFind Group. Carlos had reached out to Hamilton several years prior to help support his US-based industrial client’s needs for talent in Brazil. The fact that these years of collaboration have finally resulted in a merger of our two firms is a testament to relationships built on trust, integrity and collective competence.
Carlos lauded this new merger in saying, “The inter-country trade and business ties between North America and Brazil are especially strong in the industrial and agribusiness sectors where we have expertise in both executive search as well as professional recruitment. I’m very excited about this opportunity to unite our brands and our collective expertise between the US and Latin America’s largest economies. We couldn’t have predicted the challenges of the Corona virus pandemic, but it’s given us an opportunity to enhance our capabilities to be even better prepared to serve our clients than ever before.”
